I created these resources because it took me what felt like an eternity to find an effective path for healing, and I wanted to make the path easier for others. It’s my mission to empower people to take their healing into their own hands. If there’s one thing I want you to walk away with, it's to know you’re not broken, you’re not alone, and you have everything you need inside of you to self-heal.

I wrote the book I needed when I felt broken beyond repair.

For years, I did what so many of us are taught to do: I talked about my trauma, hoping it would set me free. But the more I talked, the more I felt stuck in the same loops of pain. That’s when I turned to the body. And everything changed.

Body-First Healing is the book I wish I had when I was deep in survival mode: stuck in destructive survival patterns, disconnected from myself, and unsure if true healing was even possible. Inside, I share the tools that helped me reclaim safety, softness, and self-trust.
